Fill Out Application

Provide valid tax-exempt document(s) for each state and/or local jurisdiction where exempt goods are shipped to or picked up in store.

Go Shopping!

To make tax exempt purchases online and in store just sign in to your account or provide your Michaels Rewards number at checkout.

Make sure you have the following:

  • State and/or local jurisdiction in which you wish to enroll
  • Entity type of your organization
  • Organization address
  • Exemption number(s) and exemption form(s) (if applicable)
