Same Day Delivery

Select locations are now offering same-day delivery. Same-day delivery orders are charged a flat delivery fee based on the order value and are delivered same day if ordered by 2:00pm. Orders after 2:00pm will be delivered the following day. Only items selected as same-day delivery count toward the “spend” thresholds of the same-day delivery fees.

Contactless Delivery: Your safety is our priority. For that reason, the delivery person will place your package at the door, knock on your door or ring your doorbell and then return to their vehicle.

Are all products eligible for curbside pickup?
No. Eligibility for curbside pickup depends on the store's inventory and product assortment.
How do I know if a product is eligible for curbside pickup?
Shipping and pickup methods are shown on our product detail pages and in the shopping cart before checkout. Look for items marked FREE Buy Online Pick Up In Store.
Can I pick up some items in my order and ship others to my house?
Absolutely! The shipping and pickup method is selected by item, so you are able to check out with a combination of items being shipped and items that you will pick up.
Can I split my order between different pick up locations?
No. We only allow one pick up location per order.
Can I change my pick up location after placing my order?
Unfortunately no. Items must be picked up at the location that was selected when the order was placed.
Can someone else pick up my order?
Yes! You will have the opportunity during checkout to designate an additional pickup person. We require their first name, last name and email address so that we can notify you both when the order is ready for pickup. Please note, whoever is picking up the order will need to bring a valid driver's license or government issued ID to the store.

How long do I have to pick up my order?
We’ll keep your order in store for four (4) days. If it’s not picked up, it will be canceled and your payment will be refunded.
What happens if I don't pick up my order?
After 5 days your items will be returned to store inventory and you will receive a refund.
When will I be charged for my in curbside pickup items?
Charges are applied once you receive your ready for pick up notification email. If you haven't picked up your order after 5 days, your items will be returned to store inventory and you will have to place a new order.
Can I cancel my order?
Items purchased online for in curbside pickup can be cancelled by calling 1-800-642-4235.
Who will be delivering my Same Day Delivery order?
Your order will be delivered by one of our trusted delivery partners.
How do I return my purchase?
Items that are picked up in store can be returned to that store or any other Michaels store location. Please bring your Order Summary with the items that you want to return and view our return policy for Michaels Store Purchases for more detailed information.
My store is closed, how can I make a return?
For online orders, you can reach out to customer care & we can assist with a return. If it's a store pickup, curbside or in-store purchase, or if you would prefer to return in-store, you can hold on to your items and we would be happy to assist with returning in-store once your local store re-opens, even if it's outside the return timeframe.
Can I place an order for curbside pickup or Same Day Delivery on Christmas Day?
Stores are closed Christmas Day. Any curbside pickup orders placed after 4:00 PM on Thursday 12/24 may be picked up on Saturday 12/26. Please wait for the email informing you that your order is ready for pickup before arriving at the store. Same Day Delivery orders will not be available on Christmas Day and will resume on Saturday 12/26.
